Do you have a great idea that will help our community but need help to fund it?
Rotary of Monroe is pleased to annouce our new Community Grants program. The initiative is designed to encourage members of our community to request support for worthy initiatives that will make Monroe a better place to work and live.
Priority will be given to projects and programs that align with the focus areas of Rotary International. These include promoting peace and avoiding conflict, fighting disease, supporting education, and others. All worthy programs, however, will be considered, and complete details are available on the application. There is no predetermined level of funding for this program and each request will be considered on its merits.
In order to maximize the impact of each grant, the purpose of the grant must benefit a group of people and not just an individual person.
Rotary of Monroe does not discriminate in the awarding of community grants on the basis of race, sex, religion, color, creed, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, age, or any other basis prohibited by law.
