The Rotary Club of Monroe is seeking nominees for its annual Service Above Self awards. The club is reaching out to the community to ask for nominees for this prestigious award. Awards are given to members of the Monroe community who have demonstrated a commitment to Monroe and the world through their service to others. Awards are given to educators, business leaders and members of the community at large.

Nominations can be in the form of an email to Bill Florin for consideration by the club’s members. Nominations should include the nominee’s name, phone number and email address (if available), along with an explanation for the nomination. Please limit nominations to 250 words. Emails must be received by 5PM Wednesday, May 6, 2014 and should be sent to BillFlorin@yahoo.com.
